Weekly Task List for Contestants

Day 1: Arena Tournament & Promotion Day

• SA Promotion: Your SA will promote you to the Coordinator position.
• Tournament Organization: Set up an Arena Tournament for the day.
• Advertising: Post an announcement in the club about the Arena Tournament to attract participants.

Day 2: Triple Tournament Day

• Set Up 3 Tournaments: Organize three tournaments (Swiss or Arena format).
• Active Participation: Enter all three of your tournaments as a participant.

Day 3: Multi-Tournament & Vote Chess Challenge

• Host 5 Tournaments: Create five tournaments throughout the day.
• Vote Chess Challenge: Organize and announce a Vote Chess match for the club to join.

Day 4: Forum Post & Custom Logo Creation

• Forum Post: Write a forum post explaining why you should be chosen for the staff role.
• Custom Logo for Trophies: Design a personal logo to use as a custom trophy image for your tournaments.

Day 5: Vote Day & Tournament Turnout Challenge

• Final Voting: SA members will cast their votes in the SA-only voting club here.
• Turnout Challenge: Organize and promote an Arena or Swiss tournament with the goal of getting the highest possible turnout. Use your logo as a custom trophy image for this tournament’s winners!
• Club Creation & Invitation: Create your own club on Chess.com. Write an invite for your club and post it in the special advertising forum in Paladins of Chess.

Points Forum Announcement

After each contestant has completed their week, we will update a Point Forum in the SA-only club to display the current standings. Points earned from tournaments, activities, and participation will be tracked here so everyone can monitor the progress of each competitor. Stay tuned and watch as the competition unfolds! 📈
