Hey, I’m Vikram! Chess has been a part of my life since I was a kid , and over time, it’s become something I’m truly passionate about. I started playing online in 2022 with the username @vikramalt, but in May 2024, I decided to start fresh with this new account to align with my current goals and journey in chess.

Danya is a huge inspiration to me. He’s an incredible teacher, and I’ve learned a lot from his approach to the game.

My ultimate goal is to reach a FIDE rating of 2200 and earn the CM title, but I know that’s a tough journey. Still, it’s a dream I’m working hard to achieve, and I’m committed to putting in the effort.

These days, I’m really focused on otb chess. I’ve been playing in tournaments regularly, and the experience has been incredible. There’s something unique about the intensity of OTB chess,the energy of the competition, the focus required, and the lessons you learn from each game are unmatched. It’s a challenge, but every tournament is pushing me to improve and grow as a player.
